A day at the Cutting SPA?

The days keep going by and I don't see to get as much done as I hope to every morning. Where does all the time go? I find myself busy from dawn to dusk.

The dawn is because I can no longer sleep late. I start waking up just after 4am and by the time 5:30 rolls around I am usually exhausted from trying to fall back to sleep! (Is that an oxymoron?)

So I decided to take a day off from my usual routine of sewing, working on my "secret project" (which, by the way is about 85% done :), writing patterns and updating m websites and spend the day at my "Cutting SPA"

Now before you think I have totally lost my mind, consider it from a "constant quilters" point of view: I get to spend a few hours just mindlessly cutting fabric and listening to great music or watching a really sappy, tear-jerk movie.

I used to stress out about cutting fabric and had to really pay attention to my ruler, my rotary cutter and those darn little hash marks on the ruler (that, by the way, get smaller and smaller every year!) in order to cut each and every shape correctly. Now I just select the cutting dies I want to use to cut my shapes and go to one of my AccuQuilt Cutting systems (did I mention I own all 4 models?) and cut my shapes as easy and simple as you please. What used to be a stressful and time consuming task is now my ZEN place :)

Thought it would be fun to share my eccentricity with you so I made a video of my day at the Cutting SPA.....
